StartMenuEx is a replacement for the windows Start Menu. It takes over the start button and shows your own customisable menu. StartMenuEx was designed to be completely customisable and extendable so that the general public could add to the interface, allowing for millions of different possible Start Menu configurations and looks.

StartMenuEx requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2 to run properly.
