Segment Animator is a program that allows you to make advanced animations with only little segments of the full picture.

You put these all together and it makes the full picture. You then can take a screen shot with its built in function and then put the segments in another pose. You then put it all together and it makes you animation. It can be a simple as you want and contain only 2 segments or can be a advanced as you want containing 10 or more segments.
