How to Use:
Copy the pdf into the folder that has the PDF to HTML exe.
Click "start" in windows and click "run".
Browse the PDF to HTML exe folder and select exe.
Example: "D:\pdf to html\free_pdf_to_html.exe" PDFfile.pdf
